If thirty days have passed since your items were delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For Kids’ Electronics, all internal seals must be unbroken, and the product must be free of any cosmetic damage. Ride-On Toys must be unassembled and show no signs of outdoor use. Magic Cubes and Toy Guns must be returned in their original, unopened box.
Exemptions and Non-Returnable Goods For health and safety reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes items that have been modified or disassembled by the customer. Any item that is returned more than thirty days after delivery or is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Refund Processing The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item.
